Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Please note: I’m a one-man business, and while I aim to process orders quickly, I might occasionally be out fishing for a few days. This could result in slight delays, but I’ll always do my best to keep you informed.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout to avoid delays.
Shipping Information
• We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• Norway: 3–7 business days.
• Europe: 7–14 business days.
• USA and Rest of the World: 10–21 business days.
• I will include a tracking number, if available on my end, for the destination I am sending to.
Returns and Refunds
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Norwegian E-commerce Act (E-handelsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).
Conditions for Withdrawal:
1. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you received your item(s).
2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by email.
3. The item(s) must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
Refund Process:
• Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to Withdrawal:
• Items that are custom-made, perishable, or sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for withdrawal if the seal is broken.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Klarna (Buy now, pay later).
• Vipps (for Norwegian customers).(some of these are not yet up)
Taxes and Duties
• For orders within Norway, prices include VAT.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

We welcome fishing enthusiasts to share their experiences and stories with us! By submitting your story to HitsFishing, you agree to the following:
1. Ownership and Rights
• You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, by sharing it with HitsFishing, you grant us permission to publish your story, photos, or other media on our website and social platforms.
• We may edit submissions for clarity, grammar, or formatting, while maintaining the original intent and tone.
2. Content Guidelines
• Stories must be original and related to fishing or outdoor adventures.
• Avoid offensive language, inappropriate content, or material that infringes on others’ rights.
3. Usage
• Submitted content may be featured on our website, blog, or social media. We won’t sell or redistribute your stories to third parties without permission.
